My Achievements

Paddling Around the Bay of Kotor

In September 2010, I successfully completed an expedition paddling around the Bay of Kotor by kayak, lasting 12 hours and covering a total of 75 kilometers.

Barefoot Ultramarathon

In May 2012, I ran a 106 km barefoot ultramarathon from Tivat to Ostrog Monastery. The adventure spanned three days, with 14 hours of active running in total.

Kayaking Across the Adriatic Sea

In September 2016, I became the first person ever to kayak across the Adriatic Sea from Montenegro to Italy. I set off from Donja Lastva (Tivat) on September 21 and, after 116 nautical miles (215 km), arrived in the port of Bari on September 25.

Triathlon Along the Montenegrin Coast

In February 2016, I completed the inaugural Montenegrin Coastal Triathlon a 200 km journey broken into three stages:

  • Day 1: Run 55 km from Velika Plaža in Ulcinj to Reževići in Budva

  • Day 2: Bike 105 km from Reževići to Igalo, then around the Bay of Kotor to Tivat

  • Day 3: Kayak 40 km around the Tivat, Risan, and Kotor bays

In September 2017, I reached the summit of Mont Blanc—the highest peak in Western Europe—at 4,810 meters above sea level.

World Record in Squats

In August 2017, I set a world record for the most squats performed wearing a 60 lb (27.5 kg) backpack. The Guinness record stood at 56 and RecordSetter’s at 54; I completed 63, earning entry into the RecordSetter USA book of records (no Guinness judge was present).

Ascent of Mont Blanc
Ascent of Mount Olympus

In June 2018, I climbed Mount Olympus, the “Mountain of the Gods” in Greece, summiting Mytikas Peak at 2,918 m and Skala Peak at 2,866 m.

Winter Ascent of Musala

In February 2018, I performed a winter ascent of Musala—the highest peak in the Balkans (Rila Mountains, Bulgaria), standing at 2,925 m.

In February 2020, I completed a barefoot ascent of Uhuru Peak on Mount Kilimanjaro, Tanzania, at 5,895 m. I became the first European—and the first person worldwide—to make the ascent nonstop, without foot-warming techniques, traversing snow and ice barefoot for six hours. Along the way I passed Gilman’s Point and Stella Point. In recognition of this feat, park authorities installed a plaque at the park entrance bearing my name and a description of what I achieved.

Black Belt at the Top of Africa

After summiting Africa’s highest peak, my instructor surprised me by awarding me a black belt diploma in Kyokushin Karate at that altitude. In doing so, we set an unusual world record: he became the first instructor to confer a master rank at nearly 6,000 m, and I the first person to receive it at that elevation.

Barefoot Ascent of Kilimanjaro
Super Athlete Program

In 2022, I launched the Super Athlete Program. I first tested it on myself while preparing for my expeditions; after achieving significant success, I began training children under this methodology. In just two years, my team (ages 7–17) has won over 20 gold medals in obstacle course races (OCR), including first place at the European Championships in Italy, and one member placed fourth at the World Championships in the Bahamas—ranking among the top five OCR athletes worldwide.
